In 2020, Neola Medical initiated a process to be listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm. In connection with the listing, warrants of series TO1 were issued, here is the collected information concerning TO1.
One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) share at a subscription price of SEK 8.32 during the period October 4, 2021 through October 29, 2021. Upon fully subscribed Offer and full exercise of the TO1 series warrants, Neola Medical will receive an additional 29 SEK 3 million before deductions for issue costs of approximately SEK 1.2 million.
Recalculated terms
In accordance with the terms of issued warrants of series TO1, Neola Medical AB (publ) has carried out a recalculation in accordance with the option terms as a result of the recently completed rights issue, the outcome of which was announced on 13 October 2021. Recalculation has taken place. warrant, partly with regard to the number of shares that each warrant entitles to subscribe for. The subscription price has now been recalculated to SEK 7.18 and each warrant entitles – also after recalculation – to the subscription of one (1) share.

September 30, 2020.
Preliminary first trading day October 2, 2020 on Nasdaq First North.
Emission volume
There are 4,042,969 outstanding warrants of series TO1 that may be exercised for subscription of a maximum of 4,042,969 shares.
Issue amount
Neola Medical will receive a maximum of approximately SEK 29.0 million before issue costs upon full exercise of the warrants.
